[Poll] Start trek: What do you like more...

TOS = The Original Series
TNG = The Next Generation

Deep Space Nine for me. The Cardassians were pretty cool villains, and I liked Chief O'Brien. Win win!

I can't believe TNG hasn't been voted for yet. It's my second favourite. Once I finish TOS and all the movies, I'm headed to TNG. Then all the rest. I have so much watching to do. But really, the only one for me is TOS so I could stop there and be pretty happy

actually from what I've seen/heard on average I was hoping for TNG to win...

I expect it to, eventually. I think once we get more Trekkies here it probably will.

I have to agree with Eph. I loved all the Star Trek series but Deep Space 9 was the best!!!!! Quark and the Ferengi cracked me up and I loved Worf's storyline in DS9 too.

I'm just so glad to find out that you all love Star Trek.

Well, I do like Deep Space Nine and The Next Generation, but I never really took to the others I'm afraid.

IMHO Voyager was weakeest, but I did not watch much yet...

Honestly, after TNG my watching of Star Trek was so sporadic that I have no idea what parts of DS9 and Voyager that I've watched. My mom and I would just randomly catch episodes on TV during the weekends.

I guess my goal is to watch them all >_<

I voted for the Next Generation.

I think I watched them all as they originally came out (with the exception of the original series of course). Voyager was definitely the weakest in my opinion.

I was rather hoping that it would be more enjoyable than Voyager was, but sadly that proved not to be the case. I love Scott Bakula (he was awesome in Quantum Leap) but even he couldn't rescue this from being utterly bland and lifeless for me. I have read that the last two seasons improved dramatically. However, I had given up on the series long before then and moved on to other things.

I did like the theme song though, unlike the vast majority of folks who watched Enterprise. It was a fitting way to place the events of Star Trek in general into the broader context of humanity's history with space exploration. If only the rest of the show had lived up to that.

My mom and I had only seen a few episodes of Voyager when I was a kid and we didn't really jive with it. I've only really seen TOS, TNG, and DS9. I didn't hear a lot of good things about the other series.

I only watched a few episodes of Enterprise and I think you hit the nail on the head there Eph... the series couldn`t hold me either.
