1. go to http://client00.chat.mibbit.com/
2. choose any nick (if you want you can later register it), choose "Channel" #scififorum

to register your nick (so that only you can use it, and I can add it to autoop list),:
1. go to chat
2. type /msg NickServ REGISTER password e-mail
3. you will get an e-mail with futher instruction
4. every time you join you will be given time to identify, type: /msg NickServ IDENTIFY password
