Favorite Doctor Who moment? Empty Favorite Doctor Who moment?

It has to be said, I nearly wept like a little girl the first time I watched "Doomsday" where the Doctor and Rose are separated. That is one of my more touching moments, however my all time favourite would be where all of the companions and the doctor are caught by the Daleks (The Stolen Earth & Journeys End).
