new vegas is shoret...but it`s still awesome

The over-arcing story for most bethesda games tends to be abysmal, however the least worst story they had going for them was between the Fallout games.

But honestly 90% of that story is like "WHERE IS MY DAD?" and then you get a plot dump and it is already endgame. The lore and detail in sidequests is great though, just the main story almost isn't worth bothering with.

Yeah the gameplay is great but I wouldn't call it "the best game" if the story is so dry too. The only thing that makes up for the main story is the sidequests and other side details but those are really short despite being juicy.

One of my favorite things about the game, despite that most of the levels are the exact same thing, is that each dungeon or cave area has a story in itself tucked away in books or foreshadowed by corpses lying around.

The only other thing about the game I'll gripe about is how it made me become a chronic quick saver and now I'm like a terrible addict.
