Tomato juice marinade for meet (for grilling) (JNK's invention)

250 ml tomato juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (grinded)
3 onions sliced
4 cloves garlic (minced)

Meat has to be "drowned" completely in marinade. Marinate 4-6 hrs in room temperature, or 14-24 hrs. at 4C (fridge).
